About Us

K.P.S. Investments was founded in 2004.

Prior to starting his career in real estate, K.P.S. Investments founder, Mark Archer, was an officer and pilot for the U.S. Navy.

Over a 10 year flying career, Mark flew over 2,000 hours in the H-60 Seahawk helicopter and has logged over 2,000 hours in military aircraft. He is currently rated by the FAA as a Commercial Pilot.

Mark received his Commission and a Bachelor of Science from the United States Merchant Marine Academy where he played football for four seasons and wrestled for one season.

He continues to serve as a Reserve Military Pilot with the California Air National Guard and volunteers with various charitable organizations and coaches his oldest child’s youth football team.

Mark consults with with investors and offers his expertise with current market tends and both small and large projects. As a real estate investor, Mark assists and advises investors and developers with real estate acquisitions, investments and developments.

Mark believes in community service, serves as youth football coach and volunteers with various charitable organizations.

He and his wife and 4 children reside in San Diego, CA.
